Osman Mian

Osman Mian is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the IKIM – Institute for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine, where he develops causal discovery methods aimed at real-world applications. His research explores ways to improve the reliability and interpretability of causal inference in machine learning. Prior to joining IKIM, he conducted research at the CISPA Helmholtz Center for Information Security. He has presented his work at international conferences like ICML, AAAI, KDD and AISTATS, contributing to the discussion on practical causal learning methods.
