Julius studierte Medizin an der LMU München mit Schwerpunkt auf Krebsimmuntherapie und computergestützter Onkologie. Er ist derzeit Clinician Scientist am IKIM, wo er erklärbare KI und multimodale Daten im großen Maßstab kombiniert, um Therapieentscheidungen für Krebspatienten zu verbessern. Sein Ziel sind personalisierte KI-Modelle auf Basis von Real-World-Daten, die als patientenspezifische digitale Zwillinge in der Routineversorgung dienen.
